Recruitment Module
Recruitment is a year-round process with new teachers required to fill up retirements, resignations, and the addition of new sections. Now for a school, it's not feasible to open up recruitments only on requirement, so School ERP provides a section where teachers can drop their resume year-round and on any vacancy arising, they are contacted. Not only that the school can create any number of rounds in the interview process and the manner of assessing, that is interview or live class, and points can be assigned in each round. Here the employee can move up the rounds on clearing each and on passing all can be issued an appointment letter through the system. For a completely online process, uploading of CV and other documents by the candidates is also available.
