This is the official form of communication which can be publically broadcast not directed at a single person and still be the most important and authentic information emanating from the school regarding any important change at the school end or at the educational board’s end.
Key features
- Can only be sent by Administration/ Management
- These all necessarily have a circular number and date
- These can be for all classes or limited few but not individualized. Teachers too are recipients
